Vision of the Russian Insurance Centre – an effective company that is among the top 10 corporate insurance companies of Russia in 2010.

 

Strategic business development goals

Objectives for market positions and geography of operations:

To enter the top 10 companies in terms of corporate risk insurance sales volume with a market share of at least 3% for the amount of premium charged.

To build up the share of regional business in aggregate sales volume to 50% by operating in all economically developed regions of Russia.

To increase the share of the company’s presence in the international aviation, space, maritime, construction and assembly risk reinsurance market by at least 2 times by 2012.

 

Objectives for target client segments and service quality:

- The Russian Insurance Centre will focus on providing services for corporate clients and implementing state insurance programs in the military industry, the rocket and space industry and in technical military cooperation; 

- The Russian Insurance Centre will work with all types of corporate clients (large corporations, medium-size businesses and large companies) that service the civil sector of the economy with a focus on insuring medium-size businesses.
- In retail business the Russian Insurance Centre will focus on VIP-clients who are the top-managers of clients of the Russian Insurance Centre and their family members. VIP-clients will be offered exclusive services.
- The Russian Insurance Centre will strive to offer a wide range of insurance products and related services in accordance with market demand at competitive prices.

- The Russian Insurance Centre will try to satisfy the needs of its clients for quality, affordable and convenient insurance services with minimum service time
